By accessing, browsing, or using Camly.org in any way — including using the image editor, PDF tools, conversion features, or any other functionality — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Camly is a free, web-based, client-side image and PDF editing platform. It allows users to resize, crop, rotate, flip, adjust colors, apply filters, add text, convert between formats, merge images into PDFs, edit PDF pages, compress files, and perform various other creative and productivity tasks.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and free of charge for both personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance levels.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using Camly, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Because Camly is a client-side application, we do not collect or store your creative content. However, our hosting infrastructure may collect limited technical logs (e.g., IP addresses, browser version) for operational security and debugging. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this technical data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, educational, and internal business purposes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Camly Property: All designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and other materials on the Service are the property of Camly Private Limited or its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Content: You retain all ownership rights in and to the images and PDFs you process using Camly. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Because processing is local, we do not have access to, nor do we store, any of your content.

7. Disclaimers & No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CAMLY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMLY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

As the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fifty US Dollars ($50.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Camly and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your network; (b) a breach of these Terms, or (c) Content processed on the Service that infringes third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Camly. Camly has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party website that you visit.
