- ✓3/4th Face Prominence: Face should clearly occupy 70% to 75% of the frame with a plain white background.
- ✓Black Ink Signature: Sign with black ink pen on clean unruled white paper for maximum contrast.
- ✓Square 1:1 Aspect Ratio: Keep dimensions at 350 × 350 pixels (or up to 1000 × 1000 pixels max).
Reasons for Rejection
- ✗Caps, Hats & Goggles: No headgear (unless religious), dark glasses, or spectacles with glare.
